The nursing home administrator must have effective communication, leadership, and business skills in order to be successful. Due to the difficulty and high demands of this position, there is a high turnover in nursing home administrators in Indiana and across the country, especially in nursing homes that have a history of giving poor care.

Eric smallridge

Eric smallridge was drinking and driving and while he was driving he crashed into a car that was driven by megan and lisa ,they died at impact of the crash. Eric was charged with 2 dui's and vehcile man slater. Sentence to 22 year in prison ,but megan mom told the jugde that to cut his sentence in half cause she forgave him for what he had done.
